Anybody know how to get a job on Queen Mary 2 Cruise Ship?

Does anybody know how I can go about getting a job on the Queen Mary 2 with only little or no experience? I'm sure there is loads of jobs that you do not need to be qualified for, but how to find them? Is there someone with ';connections'; or that know where to find out about these jobs? Have already checked on Cunard and QM2 sites? Only jobs advertised for which you need qualifications... Please help?
