Anyone know of a site where I can view FREE cover letters and resumes-I tried several sites and they all want$

I've tried all of the 'free' sites, like monster, etc. If you have a copy of a good cover letter or resume, I would really appreciate your assistance. My background is healthcare management, seeking a job in cost containment working from home.
