Any tips for an interview for retail position?

I haven't had a job in 5 yrs (stay-at-home mother). I'm trying to get back into the work force. I'm worried that most of my retail skills have evaportated. So besides emphasizing Customer Service, any tips for not making a complete fool out of myself during the interview? Thank You in advance!
